The importance of dispute resolution process design cannot be understated.  I focus on working with parties to build a pragmatic and robust process that is right for them.  My approach centers on two core principles which are fostering self-determination and voluntary participation, while constructing an environment of trust and results.

A cancellation fee will apply if service is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled date.
