Meet Shannon

Shannon Moldaver

Shannon Moldaver is the Principal of Shannon Moldaver Dispute Resolution Inc., providing services in mediation, workplace restoration, teaching, training, coaching, facilitation and education design.  


For workplace restoration, mediation, and training, she has been hired by several public and private sector organizations including federal and provincial government agencies and higher education institutions. She is an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, has held the role of lead instructor for several courses at Osgoode Professional Development, and currently co-directs and teaches the Osgoode Negotiation  Certificate Course. 


Prior to starting a mediation practice, Shannon worked for the Law Society of Ontario in various roles, including mediating as Complaints Resolution Counsel and designing legal education as Professional Development & Competence Counsel. Shannon also practiced law at a well-known litigation firm in downtown Toronto, ultimately running her own practice. In addition, she worked for the City of Toronto directly for Mayor Lastman. 


Shannon has a Master’s Degree in International Relations, an LL.B. and an LL.M. (Dispute Resolution) from Osgoode Hall Law School, and course work in management and design of e-learning.
